BEDROOMS: Primary bedroom with a queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Two more queen bedrooms (one with a 50" TV). The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a desk, so it doubles as a quiet home office. LIVING: Open living room with a 65" TV, a dining table for the whole group, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, spices, cookware and dishwasher. Second full bathroom with walk-in shower. OUTSIDE: Large private, fenced backyard with patio dining under the umbrella, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ grill. EXTRAS: Washer and dryer with detergent, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, high chair and kids' dishes, toys and board games. Driveway parking for 3 cars. Self check-in with a keypad lock. STAYING A MONTH OR LONGER? The house is set up for real living: full kitchen, laundry, workspace and Wi-Fi. House Rules
We're so glad you're coming! A few simple things help everyone enjoy the house: - Up to 8 guests, little ones included. The house is made for relaxing, so we don't host parties or events. - Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Our neighbors are lovely and we'd love to keep it that way. - The guest who books should be 25+ and staying with the group. You'll get a quick ID check and a short rental agreement before arrival. - A refundable security deposit is held before check-in and released after checkout. - Pets are welcome by approval (up to 2, small pet fee). Just send us a message first, and please pick up after them in the yard. - Park in the driveway (room for 3 cars). Street parking isn't allowed. - No smoking indoors. Outside is fine, with doors and windows closed. - If you use the grill, a quick scrape when you're done keeps it ready for the next guest. - Before you head out: start the dishwasher, drop trash in the bins on the right side of the house, and lock up. Other Details to Note
High chair and kids' dishes are provided; we don't have a crib. The grill is charcoal (not propane). There is an exterior security camera outside the home; there are no cameras inside. Siesta Key Beach is about 10 minutes away; downtown Sarasota, Ed Smith Stadium (Orioles spring training) and Sarasota Memorial Hospital are about 15 minutes.
