Open living, dining and kitchen with water views, a game room/den (foosball and games) that also works as a quiet office, laundry and a second full bath. OUTSIDE: Private pool on a paver deck with sun loungers, covered lanai with outdoor dining, lawn down to the canal, and a dock for fishing and launching the kayak or paddleboard. Beach towels provided. GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is not heated and is not fenced, so young children need adult supervision near the pool and canal. The dock is for fishing and paddling only (no boat mooring). Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Sun-Kissed is made for relaxing, so we don't host parties or events. - Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Our neighbors are lovely and we'd love to keep it that way. - The guest who books should be 25+ and staying with the group. You'll get a quick ID check and a short rental agreement before arrival. - A refundable security deposit is held before check-in and released after checkout. - Pets are welcome by approval (1 pet, small pet fee). Just send us a message first, and please pick up after them. - The pool isn't fenced and the house sits right on the water, so please keep an eye on kids around the pool and canal. - Park in the driveway (room for 2 cars). Street parking isn't allowed. - No smoking indoors. Outside is fine, with doors and windows closed. - Before you head out: start the dishwasher, drop trash in the bins on the right side of the house, and lock up.
